Hello Grade 8's!
Welcome to Pandemic PE 😊 While these activities are optional, physical activity is a great mental and physical break. I hope you will find something active you enjoy! Goal is 30 min/day 5 days per week.
I am not currently updating this site as I am back teaching full time in the school. For those still looking for Distance Learning ideas I have posted a few new ones this week!
All activities must follow the health requirements of 2 meters physical distancing.

Exercises at Home:
*REPEAT each exercise 3 times*
- Alternate 1 min skipping, 1 min rest (Use a skipping rope if you have one or jump on the spot)
- crunches (20)
- Squats (10)
- push ups from knees or feet (10)
- Right leg lunges (10)
- Left Leg Lunges (10)
- plank hold (30 sec. hold)
